Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns and/or give refunds if you have simply changed your mind, made a mistake during ordering or have stored your product incorrectly.


Being perishable goods the utmost importance must be placed on prompt and appropriate refrigeration or frozen storage to ensure products are not spoiled. Meat with bones must be used or frozen as soon as possible. Meat & Cleaver accepts no liability or responsibility for products if they are not properly refrigerated. Shelf life may vary from product to product. If you are unsure about storage or shelf life please contact us.


If there is an issue with the goods you have purchased, or you believe the goods we charges you for were not provided please contact us immediately on 0416 023 698. Such claims are to be made within 12 hours of delivery.
